Production & R&D
At KoçMedical | Bıçakçılar, we prioritize high quality through our strong and experienced R&D team and world-class modern facilities, delivering precise solutions for medical health strategies without compromise.
Our production facilities are located in Esenyurt, Istanbul with a closed area of 31,000 m2 built on an area of 26,500 m2. KoçMedical | Bıçakçılar offers a wide range of medical products, from sterile single-use devices to medical supplies.
The manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of single-use medical devices are conducted in 4,226 m² of cleanrooms compliant with Class 10,000 and 100,000 standards, ensuring strict control over biological loads and sterilization safety.
Disposable medical devices division includes departments for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, assembly, packaging, and sterilization. Meanwhile, the electro-medical device production division encompasses departments for metal processing, machining, surface cleaning, painting, and mechanical and electrical assembly.
Pre-loading storage processes for our products are handled within our facilities. Finished products are stored in ventilated warehouses, spanning 3,500 m², with continuous monitoring of humidity and temperature
Our raw material warehouses are designed according to high industry standards with controlled temperature and humidity.
In-house mold design and production capabilities provide significant strength and flexibility during the device design and development phases, ensuring efficiency and adaptability.
